We are a nonprofit community lacrosse program designed to encourage young women to build strength and character and become active members in their community.
Lacrosse is a Native American game played for the enjoyment of the Creator who in return gave health and a sense of community to the athletes. We use the lacrosse field to develop leadership skills, promote intellectual growth, teach life skills, and increase confidence in young women.
Our values are built on a deeply rooted tradition of behaving responsibly and ethically, and on supporting the communities in which we live and work. We uphold this tradition through socially responsible actions, environmentally sound practices, and respect for the athletes and communities we serve.
Our coaches have been involved in lacrosse their whole lives. We love this game! We want to grow lacrosse throughout the West and teach kids to love the game as much as we do.
Every one of us completes a minimum of 25 hours of professional development each year to ensure the best possible experience for the athletes we train.
Our team also has extensive experience at multiple colleges and universities. We know what colleges are looking for and we love helping students find the right college fit.
Our training program and methods are based on science. By combining the latest research in fields such as kinesiology, nutrition, and sport psychology as well as education and instructional design, we focus on the techniques that work.
We build better lacrosse players by developing the whole athlete. We build a solid foundation of skills to reach our goal of growing complete athletes.
Complete athletes have individual stick skills, team skills, strong tactical abilities, good decision making under pressure, and mental toughness. They also demonstrate self-awareness, academic success, leadership, and good character.
Every member of our team is passionate about growing the game and developing student athletes into the best people, best students, and best athletes they can be.
